Bal Spring Break 2026

Venue: Marsham Court, Bournemouth
Price: £340 for workshops, dances and accommodation (2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast) included.
The event will be run by Stephen Badham and Kerstin Treder, supported by Dance Balboa.
Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, Mickey is no longer able to teach at this event. Instead we are very pleased to welcome Sasha Azarov who will teach with Natalia.
The Jim Wynn Swingtet will be our band for the Saturday night dance, and will provide live music for a musicality class for each group on the Sunday.

All Slow Bal Weekend 2026

Venue: Livermead Cliff, Torquay

Places available for leaders and couples, and only one single follower on the waiting list!
We will now be running a 2-hour workshop on the Friday afternoon to help ease those with less Slow Bal experience into the weekend.

Bal Spring Break 2027

Price: £TBA for workshops, dances and accommodation (2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast) included.
The event will be run jointly by Oxford Balboa and Dance Balboa.
For one year only this will be a much smaller event in 2027. As the hotel will be undergoing refurbishments, we will only be able to run one stream. The event will be back to 2 streams for 2028, and plans are already in hand with Stephen and Kerstin.
