Bal Spring Break 2026
Teachers: Natalia Rueda (Netherlands) & Mickey Fortanasce (USA) and Valerie Salstrom & Jacob Wigger (both USA)
Venue: Marsham Court, Bournemouth
Price: £340 for workshops, dances and accommodation (2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast) included
The event will be run by Stephen Badham and Kerstin Treder, supported by Dance Balboa
The Jim Wynn Swingtet will be our band for the Saturday night dance, and will provide live music for a musicality class for each group on Sunday
Only spaces for 1 lead + 1 lead/follow couple in the Trail-Finder stream, as well as 1 lead + 2 lead/follow couples in the Adventurer stream.

All Slow Bal Weekend 2026

Venue: Livermead Cliff, Torquay
Price: £315 for workshops, dances and accommodation (2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast) included
Places available for leaders and couples, and currently no followers on the waiting list!
We will now be running a 2-hour workshop on the Friday afternoon to help ease those with less Slow Bal experience into the weekend.
